The Teaching Pillar
The Journey of Experience
You start by growing. You end by giving it back.
A teacher's craft compounds across decades — through five grades, climbed in order and never short-cut. The journey crosses the two highest human needs.
The two highest human needs
Growth — continuing to learn and study.
Contribution — giving back to community and society.
Early career is mostly growth; senior career is mostly contribution — but a teacher never stops growing.
No grade is given. Every grade is earned — by years in craft and real hours since you qualified, not certificates collected. The ladder cannot be short-cut.
